Filled with suspense and intrigue, the reader is engaged from the first page to the last. The story is set during the time of the great floods in Cincinnati (1880s). The faith elements address how to keep one’s trust in God when everything is going wrong. Themes of faith, trust, and redemption weave throughout the book.
